Specifically, international transfers of Member data from Indonesian Members are conducted under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards that contractually bind the recipient to treat the data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside Indonesia where data protection laws may differ from those in Indonesia. 6sivp's contractual safeguards are in place precisely to bridge those differences and maintain a consistent standard of protection for your data regardless of where it is processed.

6sivp retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and Identity Data (KTP, name, date of birth): Retained for the duration of the active Member Account plus a minimum of 5 years after account closure, to comply with anti-money-laundering record-keeping obligations under 6sivp's gaming licence terms.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with applicable financial record-keeping requirements.
• Bet and Game Session History: Retained for a minimum of 3 years from the date of each session to support dispute resolution and regulatory audit.
• Customer Support Correspondence: Retained for 2 years from the date of the last interaction, to support ongoing dispute resolution and quality review.
• Technical and Usage Logs: Retained for up to 12 months from the date of collection, after which they are aggregated and anonymized for analytical purposes only.
