Terms & Conditions — 6sivp Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the website accessible at https://6sivp.cam, together with any associated mobile applications, sub-domains, APIs, and services operated under the 6sivp brand.
• "6sivp", "we", "us", "our" refers to the legal entity operating the Platform under an internationally recognized gaming licence.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a Member Account on the Platform.
• "Member Account" or "Account" means the individual account created by a Member for the purpose of accessing and using the services provided on the Platform.
• "Services" includes all sports betting markets, live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, slot games, and any other gaming or wagering products made available on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of deposited funds and credited winnings held in a Member Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive granted to a Member subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process conducted by 6sivp pursuant to clause 4 of these Terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by 6sivp policy.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary time zone applicable to Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Sumatra, and West/Central Java.

To register and use 6sivp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

1. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Indonesia's minimum legal gambling age for online platforms is 21 years. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing any wager on the Platform.
2. You must be the legal and beneficial owner of the payment method used to fund your Account. Third-party funding is not permitted.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or through any technology (including VPNs and proxies) designed to circumvent geographic restrictions.
4. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
5. You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Platform by 6sivp, whether as a result of your own self-exclusion request or an administrative decision by 6sivp.
6. You must not be acting as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party. Each Account is strictly personal and may only be used by the registered Member.

6sivp reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to its reasonable satisfaction.

Each Member may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registration of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities by the same individual, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Balance or pending bonuses held therein.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP (Indonesian national identity card), your date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You must notify 6sivp immediately via the live chat or email support channel if you become aware or reasonably suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. 6sivp will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where reasonable security precautions were not maintained by the Member.

6sivp reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason.

Before any withdrawal from an Account is processed, 6sivp requires satisfactory completion of its KYC verification process. KYC documents may also be requested at any time during a Member's use of the Platform where 6sivp deems it necessary for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes.

Standard KYC documentation required includes:

• A clear photograph or scan of the Member's valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk);
• A clear photograph or scan of the bank passbook front page or official bank statement showing the account holder's name and account number, confirming that the account is registered in the same name as the 6sivp Account; and
• A selfie photograph of the Member holding their KTP, if requested by the 6sivp compliance team.

6sivp targets completion of the initial KYC review within 24 hours of receipt of all required documents during WIB business hours. Documents submitted after 20:00 WIB will be processed on the following business day. Accounts pending KYC remain fully accessible for deposits and gameplay but may not process withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

All KYC data is handled in accordance with the 6sivp Privacy Policy.

6sivp accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR): BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 6sivp does not charge a platform-side processing fee on any deposit made through the above channels. Charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider, if any, are outside 6sivp's control.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for bank transfer methods and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet methods. Deposit limits may be subject to change; the current limits are always displayed on the deposit screen within your Account dashboard.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits from accounts held in a name other than the registered Member's name — are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable bank-transfer fees. Repeated third-party deposit attempts may result in Account suspension.

6sivp is not responsible for delays caused by the Indonesian banking or e-wallet infrastructure, including but not limited to interbank system maintenance windows, public holidays, or disruptions affecting the BI-FAST or SKNBI settlement networks.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no platform-side withdrawal processing fee for any supported local bank or e-wallet method.

Standard processing timelines (measured from request submission to receipt of funds in the Member's bank account or e-wallet) are as follows:

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: Typically 1–3 hours during 07:00–20:00 WIB on banking business days. Requests received after 20:00 WIB will generally be processed on the next business day.
• CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon: Typically 2–6 hours during 07:00–20:00 WIB on banking business days.
• OVO, DANA, GoPay: Typically 15–60 minutes during standard WIB hours. E-wallet withdrawals are subject to the daily transfer limits imposed by the e-wallet operator.

Processing times are estimates only. 6sivp is not liable for delays attributable to the banking or e-wallet infrastructure, interbank settlement failures, or force majeure events including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri or Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 6sivp is entitled to confirm that all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonus have been met. Withdrawal requests submitted while an active Bonus remains subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of that Bonus.

6sivp reserves the right to require additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed reasonable thresholds, as a fraud-prevention measure.

All Bonuses offered on the 6sivp Platform are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time the Bonus is offered. By accepting a Bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between specific Bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific Bonus terms shall prevail.

General Bonus conditions applicable to all 6sivp promotions unless otherwise stated:

1. One Bonus Per Account: Only one Bonus may be active on a Member Account at any time. You may not hold multiple active Bonus balances simultaneously.
2. Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the Bonus amount (e.g., "30×" means the Bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn). The applicable multiplier is stated on each Bonus offer page.
3. Eligible Markets: Certain Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories (e.g., sports betting only, or slots only). Wagers placed in ineligible markets may not count toward the wagering requirement.
4. Validity Period: Each Bonus has a validity period beginning from the date and time of credit. Wagering requirements not met within the validity period result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus balance and any associated winnings.
5. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Some Bonuses cap the total amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by the Bonus. This cap, if applicable, is stated in the specific Bonus terms.
6. No Retroactive Modification: Once a Bonus is credited to an Account, the associated wagering requirements, validity period, and eligible markets will not be changed by 6sivp to the Member's detriment.

6sivp reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or refuse a Bonus offer for any Member where there is evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional mechanics in ways not consistent with recreational play.

All bets placed on the 6sivp Platform are governed by the specific product rules applicable to each market type. General betting rules include:

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until 6sivp issues a confirmation message with a unique bet reference number. Network interruptions or errors prior to confirmation mean the bet has not been accepted and no funds have been deducted.
2. Odds Changes: In-play odds are subject to rapid change. 6sivp may suspend, void, or reprice markets at any time without prior notice where match conditions, data feed errors, or other factors require it.
3. Void Markets: A market may be declared void due to an event postponement, abandonment, walkover, data error, or any other exceptional circumstance. Stakes on voided markets are returned to the Member's Account Balance.
4. Obvious Errors: Where odds or payout terms are clearly erroneous due to a technical, human, or data error, 6sivp reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Bets placed by Members who had reasonable grounds to suspect an error will be voided regardless of whether the error was identified before or after settlement.
5. Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Rules: A mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bet) requires all legs to be settled for the bet to be paid out. If one or more legs are voided, the bet is recalculated with the remaining legs. A single-leg parlay is treated as a single bet.
6. Maximum Payout: A maximum single-transaction payout limit applies per member per day and is displayed within the Platform's betting interface. Payouts that would exceed this limit are capped at the stated maximum and the excess is not paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6sivp Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or under a different identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration or KYC verification;
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to disguise your geographic location or circumvent Platform access restrictions;
• Engaging in collusive betting, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or data feed delays for financial gain ("advantage play" in excess of normal statistical edge);
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets without direct human interaction;
• Conducting, facilitating, or assisting any form of money laundering or financial crime through the Platform;
• Allowing a third party to access, operate, or bet from your Account;
• Abusing the Bonus system through coordinated bonus extraction across multiple accounts or with other Members;
• Engaging in harassment, threats, or abusive communication toward 6sivp staff or other Members via any Platform communication channel.

6sivp is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Members. Gambling on the 6sivp Platform is intended for adult entertainment only and should never be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members at no cost and can be activated at any time from the Account dashboard or by contacting the 6sivp support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted within a specified period. Once the limit is reached, further wagers are automatically blocked until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions. The Platform will log you out automatically when your session limit is reached.
• Reality-Check Reminders: Periodic on-screen alerts (configurable at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals) displaying your net session outcome and elapsed play time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion periods are strictly enforced; requests to reverse an active exclusion before its expiry will not be honoured.

6sivp strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any person found to be under the age of 21 will have their Account immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned where technically and legally possible.

All content on the 6sivp Platform, including but not limited to the 6sivp brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of 6sivp or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. No Member may reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 6sivp.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their separate licence terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6sivp's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

6sivp shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Platform unavailability, data loss, or service interruptions attributable to third-party infrastructure failures, Indonesian banking system downtime, telecommunications disruptions, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Gambling losses incurred in the ordinary course of play, which are inherent to the nature of betting and gaming services;
• Any tax liability arising from winnings in your jurisdiction. Members are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to gambling winnings under Indonesian or other applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits 6sivp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

6sivp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 6sivp will notify Members via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or, where practicable, by email to the registered address on the Member's Account, at least 7 calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account prior to the effective date. Account closure requests submitted in this context will be processed promptly and your Balance (net of any active bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms entered into force.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6sivp holds its primary gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and 6sivp arising from the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the 6sivp customer support channel. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 calendar days of the Member first raising the issue in writing, either party may escalate to the dispute resolution body specified by 6sivp's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process.
